We maintain contact with code enforcement offices to proactively monitor and correct violations. We'll also work with contractors to ensure they are fully knowledgeable in the various investor requirements to complete work within agreed upon timeframes and requirements.
We'll provide photo documentation of all information reported and services completed, and utilize the most cost-effective procedures to help eliminated out-of-pocket expenses for our clients.

Our REO team is comprised of maintenance and Repair Specialists, Client Relations Relations Representatives, and Brokers Direct Team, which focuses strictly on communications with the brokers and agents.
